From its inception in 2000, Feldman / Wertz has maintained a very active civil litigation presence in both state and federal courts in Colorado and New York. We have successfully represented clients in litigating and arbitrating disputes in a wide range of matters. Alan is licensed to practice in state and federal trial courts in Colorado and New York including appellate courts. Alan is an active member in the American, Colorado and Pitkin County Bar Associations as well as the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
